Venue Experience

The theatre's configuration depends on the event. Concerts are commonly presented as general admission, while theatre-style events use assigned seating across the Orchestra and Balcony. That flexibility accommodates different kinds of performances while keeping the stage central to the experience.

• General Admission: Standing room, with no assigned spots; arriving early can help you choose where to stand.
• Orchestra: Assigned ground-level seats for seated events.
• Balcony: Elevated assigned seating for theatre-style configurations.

The venue's stated maximum capacity is up to 2,000 for standing events or 1,057 for theatre seating. Capacity and available sections vary by event, so check the event details before choosing tickets. For standing shows, central floor positions may offer a balanced view and sound; positions along the far sides or rear corners may have more limited sightlines.

Tickets and Box Office

Most tickets are sold online through the venue's website or authorized ticketing partners, with mobile and electronic delivery listed as standard options. Walk-up tickets may be available on event nights, but availability can vary. The venue's box office is located on W 4th Street and is listed as open Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., as well as on event nights. Will Call is available at the box office window on event nights.

For a smooth arrival, review your ticket delivery instructions and event-specific seating information in advance. A particular seating layout, ticket availability, or door-sale option is not guaranteed for every performance.
